Then explains the options and helps and makes sure you understand the care plan. She also understood my autoimmune diseases going on and told me on how to help with my dental care. They helped with my anxiety as well. I would recommend her and AspenDental to anyone. Great bedside manner as well.
I was so scared to ever see a dentist again. I read the reviews here and quickly got myself to their office. I’ve never had an experience like I had yesterday.
I was immediately greeted by Chisoms big beautiful smile when I walked in, which instantly put my nerves at ease. She thoroughly explained the new patient process to me, leaving nothing out.
Stephanie and Loréal, the dental assistants who did my x-rays and intake were beyond patient, friendly and sincere. Laval came in to access my teeth and was so in tune with my feelings, and self-consciousness and made me feel anything but.
Lenay was the compassionate and kind patient advocate who explained a detailed and devised plan to get my smile back.
Dr. Veal and Dr. Dria stayed late to get my tooth pulled, I will be forever grateful for that. I can’t speak highly enough about the level of professionalism and compassion this team/family has.
The world needs more of you! From the bottom and warmest part of my heart thank you, each and every one of you.
