My experience was pleasant from start to finish. The staff is amazing and all so very friendly. Waseem was super patient and friendly, even during the x-rays, making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Masoon was super nice and thorough and very good at explaining. Mary was also super nice and very willing to assist, being as transparent about any procedures and costs and explaining them, as well as making sure you understand your options. Dr. Shehadeh is very professional, friendly, and thorough, patiently explaining results and making sure to answer any questions I had and ensuring that I understood any necessary procedures and the reason for. As with any doctor's appointment, I was prepared for a longer wait time, but on the contrary, I was seen in a very timely manner. Moreover, the office was very clean and orderly. Highly recommended!
