I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental. As a new patient, I reached out last minute hoping to get in soon, and they managed to schedule me within just a couple of days — incredibly accommodating from the start. Kris, the manager, stood out in particular. She was kind, knowledgeable, and seamlessly coordinated everything I needed during my visit. Beyond that, every single person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure my experience was a good one.

All of the staff that I had interaction with were very helpful and informative. Ashlee helped me get signed up with the Aspen Dental Savings Plan (I saved ALOT of $$) and lined out my options for me to choose from. Kari was very informative, helpful and an all around joy while explaining & performing periodontal & oral hygiene. Dr. Stockton was very attentive & professional while performing my procedures & Dr. Watts was very informative in explaining procedures prior. Thank you to Dental Assistant Bailey for helping me through the first day at Aspen with her attentiveness, professionalism & wonderful attitude, getting X-Rays, 3D scans & guiding me through the process. Again, everyone at Aspen Dental was very pleasant and helpful!! If you are in need of any type of dental work, i highly recommend Aspen Dental in Coeur d'Alene Idaho.
