Excellent service from the being able to fit me in today all the way down to the teaching moments that I noticed the respectfulness to the office being clean and explaining things when I had questions, helping with the bill!!! place is awesome!!!!!
i usually only stick to my dentist, but when i was disappointed by them several times over not getting help for a cracked tooth fixed, i was at my wits end. when i booked my appointment i was nervous and my expectations were incredibly low to save me disappointment.
from the moment i walked in, everyone was very kind, and helpful. the dr. even let me know they should be able to begin the process of fixing my tooth the same day.
when i came in later in the day, i let the hygienist and doctor know i was incredibly scared of needles. they explained the entire process to me and let me know every step they were doing. that whole thing meant a lot to me. i’ve never had a dentist do that for me and i appreciate it a lot.
i’m now set with my temporary crown and will be returning for my permanent one the following week.
they did more for me in 2 hours than my regular dentist had done for me in 2 months. the only thing i regret was not making my appointment with them earlier.
